While the vast majority of both customers and trial users I get are polite, respectful and generally appreciative of our software and support, every once in a while I get someone who is just absolutely abusive. They know my business and market a lot better than I do, and are insistent that I'm never going to have anyone buy this piece of crap, because it's done completely wrong, implemented poorly, far worse than all other open or closed source competitors, and pitched in completely the wrong way to the wrong audience. In short, I'll never sell any of this stuff, because it's of no value to anyone. Like I said, this is a tiny minority of people, and all responses to them are still polite, but boy, sometimes they get me pissed off. Ok, done venting now!
Well, by way of balance, I'd like to re-iterate what an excellent product CourseForum is proving in our environment!See various postings on the subject on my own website from Jan 2004, Feb 2004 and May 2004
