The week off seems to have had somewhat of a positive effect on my concentration, or at least it feels like it the last couple of days. Was able to breeze right hrough a fair bit of routine stuff, and had a good run through a bunch of bugs that had been on the list for a little while. I think just ignoring the bigger infrastructure stuff for a little bit longer and doing more of the finite, compartmentalized tasks will be a good thing in terms of moving forward. I'd still like to get this next release out sooner than later.
The Mini showed up today too, though I don't think I'll get a chance to do much more than unpack it and turn it on to see if it works in the next few days. Moving all the stuff from the other server onto it will take considerably longer. But will also be busy the next few days "de-cluttering" our house before we start showing it.
