SmallFuel offers a marketing checkup that is entirely focused on (and priced for) small businesses looking to grow. It's not going to offer the latest whiz-bang cutting edge marketing trend-du-jour, but helps to strengthen the foundation of a company's marketing. Hard to say about the quality of the services they offer since their site is lacking in testimonials or samples (but does have a ton of free material on their blog), but certainly in principle this is a great offering.
